What happens during a session?

 

Following a short telephone consultation, we can schedule a session.

During the session we do a number of things:

Complete an intake form of personal details

Discuss the area you would like to work on

Complete a comprehensive EFT session on various issues that surround this area

You will be offered shortcut versions of EFT for practice outside of the session.

 

You are guaranteed confidentiality

The AAMET code of conduct is followed

 

If you prefer the personal touch I can come to your home or you can visit me.    

Sessions start with a free 20 minute consultation then tapping which lasts an hour.    

During the session we will be tapping through layers of the issues discussed in the consultation. I believe in working systematically and carefully getting completely through one issue before moving on to the next. If we should run over the hour slightly to get to a good place, that won’t affect the cost.    

After session aftercare and guidance is free. Expect a full night of sleep and go easy for a couple of days, energy will be moving around and resettling after the tapping. Expect to dream after the first session.    

Discretion is assured.    

Sessions can be purchased individually or in blocks of 6.    

Blocks of sessions arranged over a timescale to suit you.

A welcome added benefit of the 6 sessions is the experience gained during the sessions.  I will share tips and tricks tailored to your issues and needs which will enhance the experience allowing you to begin handling your own issues by yourself. By the end, you will have something that you can use forever.      

On the whole after the six sessions you will have moved a few mountains and will have succeeded in learning the practical rudiments of a very useful personal life skill
